CONNECTION HUB SCHEDULE

Move-In
| 1:00pm - 5:00pm | Tuesday, December 10 |

Connection Hub setup must be complete by 10:00am. The Connection Hub will be closed to all participants from 10:00am – 11:30am for cleaning. Everyone must exit the Connection Hub at that time and may reenter at 11:30am.

The Connection Hub newsletter is designed to help you prepare and make the most of your time at CTW, with reminders, links and important information. You will receive the newsletter directly in your inbox, and you can also access copies in the MYS Exhibitor Portal.
SUPPLIER BYTES
The Supplier Byte gives you marketing tips and other important information. You will receive the bytes directly in your inbox, and you can also access copies in the MYS Exhibitor Portal.
HOUSING
Make your reservation! NAMA has negotiated special rates for those who book within the room block at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to make your reservation in the NAMA room block is November 18, 2024! Click here to reserve your room.
REGISTRATION
Registration is open! CTW Connection Hub participants should register through the same registration page as all attendees. When registering, please use the applicable promo code(s) that were provided to you. If you have questions, please contact [email protected].
EVENT SERVICES
Orders for the Connection Hub should be placed through the GES Service Manual, available through your MYS Exhibitor Portal.
Login credentials will be provided approximately 90 days prior to the event. If your company is not in receipt of your login credentials, email Nicole Davis at [email protected].
Did you know the Connection Hub is carpeted in a multi-colored pattern? Click here to view it. Your company may place an order in the GES Service Manual if a particular color or alternative flooring type is preferred.

DIRECTORY LISTING
Complete your Connection Hub listing to ensure your company is included in the 2024 mobile app. Log in to the MYS Exhibitor Portal to update your company’s information.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING
Hand washing stations and food permits are not required for sampling food and beverages in the Connection Hub. Refer to the 2024 Connection Hub Rules & Regulations for more information regarding alcoholic beverages, corkage and sampling requirements (allowable sizes, etc.).
CTW PARTNER SHIPPING
If you are a CTW Partner shipping either product or brochures/collateral to the Advance Warehouse to be disseminated by Show Management, you will receive specific label instructions from the Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager. If you have questions about sponsorship fulfillment, please contact Deb Pruett at [email protected].
BEWARE OF SCAMS
Beware of scam artists, fraudulent companies and vendors not contracted by show management who target exhibitors participating in trade shows across the country. Be careful of companies calling and posing as vendors for the event. Some scams include housing, directory listings and on-site services.
