In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Graciela is responsible for Field Operations, Training, Customer Experience, Store Buildouts and Construction, and Supply Chain. Crumbl is the only large-scale food retailer that offers a weekly rotating menu across all its 1,000 plus locations in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Graciela was born and raised in Mexico City. She graduated from Panamerican University with a degree in Finance and Management. In 2014, she also received her Executive MBA from Emory University where she obtained the Marketing Honors Award for the graduating class of that year.
She started her professional career in Consulting with KPMG implementing ERP systems for several fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She specialized in Materials Management, Procurement, Warehousing and Supply Chain.
She then moved to the food industry when a client hired her to work for Burger King, she held positions in Technology and Operations during her time there.
Afterwards she moved to Atlanta where she opened her own business doing Marketing Research. She then got the opportunity to work at Chick-fil-A where she spent her last 14 years and held multiple roles helping build the Enterprise Analytics department, later moving into Field Operations to help build the Restaurant Support Strategy and Insights and most recently the Customer Support strategy and team.
In her spare time, Graciela loves to read, cook, travel, do yoga and most importantly spending time with her amazing husband Jeff and her children Mia and Logan.
