Dowe Phillips
Dowe started his career in coffee based on a personal passion. In his past eleven years in the industry Dowe has held every role in the café environment, from barista to roaster, café manager, head of quality, and director of education. His current role for Farmer Brothers has Dowe interacting with coffee quality from the green seeds to the first sip, helping to educate baristas and improve overall coffee performance in the last ten feet.
Dowe is an authorized SCA Trainer in Barista and Brewer Modules.
