Rob Gebhardt, FMP, CHP

Rob is a member of JLL’s Work Dynamics Global operations team where he leads Experience Programs for the Americas region. In this role he oversees a team of industry professionals and subject matter experts who support and manage JLL’s integrated workplace hospitality programs. These programs are designed to enhance connectivity and foster collaboration in the workplace.

Rob brings over 30 years of extensive hospitality experience in both the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, he has held roles in various industries including Restaurants, Retail, Healthcare, and corporate settings. For the past decade, Rob has been an integral part of JLL, where he played a key role in establishing its Global Workplace Experience function.

Rob’s educational background includes early studies at the Culinary Institute of America, a degree in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University, and executive coursework in Organizational Design and Innovative Change Management from Stanford University and UC Berkeley. Over the years, he has focused his expertise on corporate hospitality services, such as workplace amenities, hospitality training, and employee engagement. Rob collaborates with other JLL workstreams, including Research, Consulting, and Technology, to ensure that the services provided continuously meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce due to the changing trends in the workplace.

He is also a Past President of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) and held membership in the American Culinary Federation (ACF), where he served as a chapter president. Rob’s contributions and expertise in the field have been recognized with an honorary Doctorate of Foodservice from NAFEM, and he is certified as a Facility Management Professional (FMP) by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
