Scott Tyburski

Tyburski, COO of Capitol Coffee Systems Inc., has been in the coffee industry for 4 years but prior to transitioning to coffee service he worked in the nuclear power industry for 10 years. He has pulled a lot of what he learned in nuclear to apply more rigorous procedures and organization to this industry and helped build a better org structure for Capitol Coffee. He lives in Sanford, NC with his wife, three children, and a black lab. When he is able to break away from the day to day he can be found in Craig, Montana fly fishing or playing outside with the kids.
