Bob Tullio is a longtime convenience services industry executive, entrepreneur, writer, podcaster and speaker whose career spans more than four decades.
A former operator and co-owner of Gourmet Coffee Service in Los Angeles, Tullio spent 37 years building and leading a successful convenience services business. Today, he brings that operator perspective to his work as a contributing editor for Automatic Merchandiser and VendingMarketWatch.com, where he writes about the people, trends and strategies shaping the industry. He also manages an active consulting firm, Tullio B2B, which focuses on helping suppliers to connect with operators.
Tullio is the creator and host of the Vending & OCS Nation Podcast, with more than 140 episodes featuring candid conversations with leading operators, suppliers, entrepreneurs and innovators. His interviews and articles have focused extensively on office coffee service, workplace amenities, business development, technology, leadership and the evolving workplace experience.
A second-generation industry professional with deep roots in NAMA and the convenience services community, Tullio is known for combining practical operator experience with an engaging, conversational approach.
Following his role as emcee of CTW 2025 in Miami, Tullio returns to host CTW 2026 in Austin.
Bob and his wife, Peg, have been married for 45 years and split their time between Encino and Palm Desert, California. They have two adult sons, Nick and Zack, and are both avid golf enthusiasts - always on the lookout for their next great golf course.
