Katy Mozeley McNeer

Katy McNeer has been in the OCS industry for 26 years. Over the course of the last 15 years she has become a leader in Pantry Services. Katy is always on the lookout for the latest trends in workplace food and beverage, she was the first in Texas to bring in cold brew kegerators and has created Pantry programs at some of the nation’s largest employers. In 2024 Katy moved on from being an independent operator in Texas to take on an exciting new challenge, being the General Manager of all indirect markets for Crafty. She is using her knowledge of Operations to help scale a growing business nationally while still maintaining her spirit of innovation. A proud NAMA member for 18 years she looks forward to the future of our exciting and dynamic industry!
